All Aboard THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride

Believe in the magic of the holiday season as THE POLAR EXPRESS™ comes to the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad, recreating the sights and sounds of the beloved story. Children dressed in pajamas clutch their golden tickets as they board the train for a journey to the North Pole.

The Journey Begins

The adventure starts when the conductors call, “All aboard,” and punch the children’s golden tickets. As the train leaves the station, guests hear music from the motion-picture soundtrack while the story is read and its characters come to life.

Dancing chefs serve hot cocoa and cookies to riders, while the doubting hobo wanders through the train.

A Visit from Santa

At the North Pole, children watch the holiday scene from their warm train seats. Santa waves to everyone before climbing aboard to greet each child and present them with an iconic silver sleigh bell—whose ringing can be heard only by believers.

Passengers sing Christmas carols during the return journey to the station, completing a memorable ride designed to set the tone for the holiday season and become a treasured family tradition.
